Innovative machining technology using systems of parts clamping.

Our R&D team proposed an innovative approach to the technological process: to conduct machining of mechanical components like brackets using special clamping of machined
components based on absorption bushings with controlled rigidity (own patent), a special hydraulic connection and fast pallet changeover system.

Innovative and advanced machining technology using specialist equipment fitted with vibration dampers.

We created an improved solution relating to the machining process through the use of specialist tools fitted with specially constructed vibration dampers, boring inserts type of Rotary Tool and dual-contact tapered spindles.

By using our new technologies, machining times during milling operation made on CNC centre were reduced by 15%, and the quality of our machining also improved.
